Wrong number of Dependents #1283

Hello everyone.
I found out, that some packages show the wrong number of dependents on the site.
For example:
The express.js package has 9 dependents (I counted them), but the site showed me the number 10
https://packages.ecosyste.ms/registries/npmjs.org/packages/express.js/dependent_packages
The package vatrix has 2 dependents, but the site showed me the number 1
https://packages.ecosyste.ms/registries/npmjs.org/packages/vatrix/dependent_packages
And if the reason why vatrix shows inly one would be, that some packages are removed, then express.js should show only 6, because 3 are removed.
Can someone help me to understand what is wrong here?
