Incomplete metadata for some repos

Hi!

First of all thanks for all the work, it's a great data source :) Kudos!

I am using the API to gather data from some repos and for the minority I get all the info successfully (general metadata, commit metadata, issues metadata, etc.) but for the rest I get a lot of NAs. Any ideas on why this could be happening?

The summary service indexes projects on demand rather than up front, so when you look up a project that hasn't been indexed it enqueues a background job to go and fill in the details which usally happens within a few mins but can take up to an hour.
