Add a option to make collections and option to make deck based on that collection.

So was looking at the websites and apps and haven't found a single app that is good to make a collection of cards and build decks based on that said collection. So I thought i would suggest here if it is possible to make sometime in future. Collection is just list of cards with quantity. It might be worth to keep extra deck and main deck card separated but no other feature is needed. Similar interface as deck builder can be used to make the collection. And you can either limit the number of 1 type of card to 3 in collection or display the number on top or side of card itself and that way size of the collection will look smaller. Thanks
