Update react modal sheet

At some point snapping of the bottom sheet broke due to a change in React Modal Sheet. We had to pinpoint to a known non-problematic version of the dependency 5.2.1 but need to resolve this issue with latest versions.

So several issues to address, which is a separate task I cannot handle as a quick fix.

1. Despite our multiple mitigations in useFirstFocusable, it sometimes fails (again) to focus the first interactive element in the bottom sheet – we already encountered this issue twice in the past, so a redesign of the hook is warranted at this point
2. the bottom sheet opening in max-height instead of peek-height is a symptom of first focusable – when it opens correctly, this means focus actually failed – but there is also something fishy happening with the React Modal Sheet’s internal handling of virtual keyboard, because it returns true when it should not e.g. Chrome desktop and this is what triggers full-height snapping
3. we have an issue with React Aria’s FocusScope because for containment, it checks whether the elements are visible in the viewport to infer their tabbability. When we have a scroll container in the bottom sheet that is larger than the viewport, it just ignore elements at the start/end when scrolled far enough, and cycling through does not happen properly
4. finally, React Aria’s number field no longer triggers the virtual keyboard, while others inputs are OK
