Need to input validate the extra points for the both the baking and calibration extra points

**Describe the problem the feature request will solve**
If an invalid number of extra points are put into either the baking or the calibration program, the program will not function properly.

**Describe the solution**
Check the extra points on program start, and warn the user if there is an issue.
