Origin time missing in webtemplate and flatpath

Steps to reproduce

origin time flat path cannot be set, its missing in the webtemplate.
https://specifications.openehr.org/releases/RM/Release-1.1.0/data_structures.html#_history_class
setting it is not possible.
Instead the event time is populated into it when parsing into canonical.

Expected behavior

Origin time is contained in the webtemplate and can be set.

Actual result

Flatpath does not exist and canonical generated from it uses instead the event time to populate it.
