Additional feature requests after testing

Could the following be implemented please?

1. Fixed name header. Similar to the "freeze pane" feature in Excel, this will help easier scoring as when you scroll down you lose track of which order the names are.

2. Can an empty entry of "bid" and/or "get" scores assume an entry value of 0? That way you don't need to fill in those fields and you only fill in the non-zero bids and gets. A way to do this could be when adding the round, 0's are pre-filled. Upon selecting that field however it will select the number so that you don't need to backspace before changing the number.

3. Manually adjusting the round number. Sometimes we only start going down after reaching round 7 as we don't have enough cards. Could we have a "+" and "-" symbol below the round number so that when you click the appropriate symbol the round will increase/decrease?

Agree that would be useful. Can't seem to find a useful library for doing this though.

2. Empty entries

I suppose bids could default to 0. Tricks (gets) probably can't though, otherwise the scoring would assume the player has both bid and won 0 tricks. I like the idea of 0 being auto-highlighted when selected. That might need some hardcore Pythonz though.

3. Adjust round number

Yep, good feature. I'll rename rounds to hands. Hands will auto-increment up to 10 hands, then auto-decrement down to 1 hand. If you manually adjust the hands to be decrementing, it will pick up on this hint.

4. Sort names by score

This would be annoying if columns started changing order. Maybe better implemented with a score board outside the table. Or maybe rank numbers next to player names.
