Slides not appearing properly after latest Chrome upgrade

After the most recent upgrade to Chrome, the slides are no longer appearing as they should be.

The space where the slide is supposed to appear is blank except for a brief flash of the slide as the new slide is moving into place.

Is anybody else seeing this today? Does anybody have a recommendation for how to get around this?
