Weapon damage at range graphs are blank

Describe the bug
The graphs that show on the component report for weapon damage at range are blank.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the ship design view.
2. Right click a weapon.

Expected behavior
The weapon displays a graph showing its damage at range.

Actual behavior
The graph is blank and you can only see the max range, not the damage.
