Black holes say that the "sector" of the system inflicts damage, but it should be the "center" of the system.

Steps to reproduce

1. View a black hole system.

Expected behavior
The ability description says that the center of the system inflicts damage.

Actual behavior
The ability description says that the sector of the system inflicts damage.
