Alerts view configurable filter

Hey @eladnava,

I'd love to see some configurable view/display options in the app to make it more personalized and efficient for different use cases. Here are a few ideas:

1. Alerts List screen

   • Add an option (toggle/setting) to filter the list so that only alerts specifically directed to me are shown by default.

2. Map view

   • By default, show only recent active alerts in my area instead of everything.
   • Could help keep the map cleaner and more focused on what's currently relevant.

3. Default view on app open

   • Let users choose which screen loads first when opening the app:
     • Alerts list
     • Map view
     • Last used view (remember previous choice)

What do you think about adding configurable options like these?
If you see value in one or more of them, I'd be glad to let it a go.

Feel free to give it a go — contributions are welcome. That said, I’m only able to accept PRs that are fully polished, well-tested, and production-ready. This means:

• The functionality must be fully working and thoroughly tested
• No regressions: it should not introduce bugs, crashes, or negatively impact any existing features
• All user-facing text must be translated into the 9 existing languages in the app
• Any new UI elements should integrate cleanly with the current design and remain simple and intuitive, especially considering usability for older users with extra-large font sizes (accessibility)
• If the new functionality is deemed to over-complicate the basic usage of the app and confuse people, it may not be integrated or it may be partially integrated

If you’re happy to meet these requirements, I’d be glad to review your PR once it’s ready.
