Describe the enhancement:
Add support for specifying a subset of hosts for monitoring within Elastic Heartbeat. Currently, the configuration only allows for an “all or nothing” approach when defining the hosts list.

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:
This enhancement would enable users to monitor selected hosts or groups of hosts without needing to create separate configurations or exclude hosts manually. By allowing more granular selection, administrators and developers could optimize resource usage, reduce unnecessary noise in their metrics, and achieve a more streamlined monitoring process.
