Remove usage of modified nimbus+jose+jwt artifact

Looks like we introduced a patched version of this dependency in https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/108799 to deal with issues around security manager. Given that we have replaced the security manager with entitlements in recent Elasticsearch versions, we should investigate whether patching this dependency is still necessary.
