The current Akamai integration works with the httpjson input, this however puts certain limitations on the flexibility and recoverability of the integration in certain scenarios. For example, if the agent fails and restarts after sometime there is a possibility that the offset used internally to paginate might get expired, this would cause continuous failures unless the registry is cleaned and ingestion resumes.

To handle such scenarios and make the integration have some auto-recoverability we have the following 2 options:-

1. Migrate to the CEL input from httpjson (this could be a breaking change as the state object would differ)
2. Add an option for the CEL input. The httpjson would continue to be supported with the current limitations.

Which would be the preferred approach in this scenario ?
