Blank tooltip on hovering expanded empty folder #740
Description
I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
Describe the bug
In the Folder Manager, it is possible to expand empty subfolders, resulting in a blank row. Hovering this row results in a dark rectangle appearing, which is a tooltip containing no information.
Expected behavior
No tooltip should appear for blank dummy rows.
Platform Information
Elementary Juno unstable
I'm using the latest version from git that I've manually compiled
