Folder Manager: Options requiring write permissions still shown for read-only folders #741
Description
I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
Describe the bug
In the Folder Manager subfolders that do not have write permission are shown and the context menu appears on secondary-click. Options such as "New.. " and "Rename" appear active but fail without feedback.
Expected behavior
Either folders without write permission are not shown, or are greyed out or bear an appropriate emblem. Context menu options that require write permissions should not be shown or shown greyed out. (Details to be specified by UX team).
Platform Information
Elementary Juno unstable
I'm using the latest version from git that I've manually compiled
