Capslock indicator appears on keydown but disappears on keyrelease

What Happened?

Not a serious issue, but I noticed that the capslock indicator appears on CapsLock keydown but disappears on CapsLock keyrelease.

Couldn't confirm on OS8 as the indicators do not work at all in a VM (Gnome Boxes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate "Capslock: Show in Panel" in Appearance/Dock & Panel
2. Press and hold the CapsLock key - the indicator appears
3. Release the CapsLock key
4. Press and hold the CapsLock key - the indicator remains
5. Release the CapsLock key - the indicate disappears.

Expected Behavior

The same action toggles the indicator both ON and OFF.

7.x (Horus)

Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Update:

On OS8 in a VM the CapsLock only toggles (updates) when the panel is clicked on. If someone could confirm (or not) this issue on a native install that would be good.
