Indicator only present (partially) when BT device connected #271

What Happened?
Our Puter is a desktop computer, so no battery
There is no indicator, until a BT device is connected
then it does - but only partially:

Expected Behavior
I would like to have access quite more often to the power modes, without having to connect a bt device
