Use Student ID instead of Android Device ID

Store student IDs instead of device IDs.

Whenever a learning/assessment event is uploaded by the Analytics app and imported into the Webapp's database, generate a new Student ID.

Why?

For privacy protection, we don't want to include Android IDs during data collection and analysis.

@tuancoltech I suggest we use the auto-generated database IDs https://github.com/elimu-ai/webapp/blob/main/src/main/java/ai/elimu/entity/BaseEntity.java#L19

So [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...]

The idea is to provide a learning analytics dashboard per student on these URL formats:
