streaming connection - sometimes the message is not sent, and sent only when the next message is sent

scenario - working with streaming connection,
sending message and then waiting for response
the response doesn't arrive and the sampler is timed out
another sampler is sending another message - the previous message is also sent now

this causes false positive errors in the test

I tried to upgrade jetty version and disable batching mode, but it did not fix this issue
