I got some feedback today that it is not super clear for newcomers what the things here https://github.com/embeddings-benchmark/mteb/blob/main/docs/adding_a_model.md#adding-a-model-to-the-mteb-leaderboard mean; We could consider annotating it with comments or provide an example with links for how one can collect the data

Isn't this available in the docstring? (we have a documentation page coming in v2, which would make that more accessible)

Great point; maybe something like #2018? Can also not merge that; no strong opinion
