Redirect classes/Component/events/didInsertElement?anchor=didInsertElement to classes/Component#didInsertElement - the queryParam is the only thing that matters.

ember-api-docs can not currently be run locally against ember-source or ember-data

This makes debugging any docs changes prior to release near impossible. I think we need to make ember-jsonapi-docs copy into the ember-api-docs/ember-api-docs-data directory to get it working again?
