Date only field

Currently, there is only Date & Time field where author needs to fill both the date and the time. But sometimes, the collection only cares about the date so it is such a hassle to also fill in the time.

Opened #1365 for this: #1365

It adds a first-class date field that stores YYYY-MM-DD, renders as a date picker in the admin, and keeps the existing Date & Time field unchanged.

Is it a good idea to add a separate field instead of expanding the current field to accommodate both formats? Not sure what's the best, just throwing it out there.
