CC 2017 is unable to install

I'm having a similar problem. Extensions manager insists that I have to upgrade Dreamweaver to version 11, but I'm upgraded to CS 2017.

Same. Emmet - please help! Command line install isn't working either. If you could get this added to the official adobe "add on" list, since Adobe has done away with the extension manager.

There is no need to install, CC2017 itself has.
