Error out if ASYNCIFY_EXPORTS or ASYNCIFY_IMPORTS are not found #19104
Description
A few users and I have run into the situation where either you mistype a function name or it's not actually exported or imported so JSPI is not applied, but the compile still completes successfully.
It'd be much faster to debug if this errored out instead.
