Decision issue. Cryptify is one ~6 kLOC binary crate that parses pg-core containers. In-workspace: one pg-core version (the #127 memory-vs-stream class becomes a PR-time failure), the irma/irmars drift disappears (encryption4all/cryptify#194 becomes moot), startup-coupling gets co-tested, one release pipeline. Against: independent release cadence, repo size, docker image separation (images can stay separate regardless).
Spike: import on a branch, measure CI time, check release-plz handles the extra bin crate. Record the decision here either way.
