Something is fundamentally broken with trezor support

The transactions take hours and hours to go through if they even go through at all. Always hits me with an error that I don't have enough has fees which I definitely so and have even tried to adjust those. Even on networks with no fee like Polygon they still just fail for hours and hours and then suddenly go through. What is going on?? The nice support chat window that closes itself every hour ok your website isn't helping.
