Does it has any deploy mechanism from local remote through "git push" command? Especially for EC2 Linux.

Not exactly - but you can update installed apps using the web interface manually after pushing.

I live-coded something that auto-updates apps after pushing at the end of my LNUG talk so it's not impossible, although there was a bug that stopped it working successfully but it's since been fixed.
