[Bug] Mismatch of CREDIBILITY values in Miner Details page

Description

There is a mismatch between Credibility percent values in Miners Details page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to /top-miners route by clicking leaderboard menu in the left side panel
2. In OSS Contributions tab, click any miner's summary card
3. Select Activity tab in the middle of the page, then the current issue can be noticed
4. The same problem goes for Issue Discovery logic

Expected Behavior

In CREDIBILITY donut chart, the percent value should be 81.8%.

Actual Behavior

The percent value of CREDIBILITY donut chart is showing 82% whereas the CREDIBILITY box above shows 81.8%.
