Acquisition randomly not starting

Has this behaviour been seen before? This is on behalf of a user with two 36 channel systems, bug observed on both.

On MEDM when starting an acquisition, it hangs randomly on acquiring and never completes. I can't reliably reproduce it, sometimes it happens after 50 "starts" or other times back to back (like seen in the video). The same problem is observed when varying the # frames and dwell time.

@QD-Thomas I have not seen that. What version of the software are you running and what generation of Xspress?

Release 3.2.7

Driver version is 3.12.1. The ADCore version is also 3.12.1.

Xspress3X (Mk1) - 36 channel system so 5 boxes altogether

@QD-Thomas hmm, I'm not sure. You could try the latest code version, but I sort of doubt that is the actual problem.

I might ask if you see it when only using 1 box. Could there be some queue size that needs to be increased for multiple boxes or channels?
