setting /showing event width

Event Width seems to be internally set, and the attempts to set it, as at

xspress3/xspress3App/Db/xspress3ChannelDeadtime.template

seem to not work, or maybe only set the value for the 1st detector channel.

Also: SCA8 appears to always be 0, instead of reflecting this value (~6).

I have not tracked these down in detail.
