Images size is still huge

Hi, thanks for all works. I've tried to pull all images of verified datasets from the repo, but the total size of images is still huge, am i missing something? Should I build all images instead of pulling them?

I've obtained similar results in my testing.

For matplotlib__matplotlib-24637 and matplotlib__matplotlib-23314, the vanilla image sizes are 8GB and 7.88GB respectively. After optimization, these have been reduced to 6.6GB and 6.53GB (approximately 18% size reduction).

However, I've observed that the shared layers between these images remain quite limited (~1.418GB):
