RTCWDT_RTC_RESET - no idea why

Hiya! I've been writing code for a water rocket data logger. Recently, I have been encoutering the "RTCWDT_RTC_RESET" error in the serial monitor while I was monitoring. It had worked fine before I did some changes. Unfortunately, I was too lazy use git and so can't really troubleshoot it.

So I would really appriciate somebody to take a quick look through my code.

Also, I'm quite new to C++.

Also, the hello world and other programs works fine so I think is my problem lol
