Taiko Testnet PR (#7731) – Awaiting review #7785

Hi ethereum-lists maintainers!
Just a follow-up on our pull request (#7731), it's been pending almost a month now and all CI checks are green with no merge conflicts. Our old testnet has already been deprecated as of September 30th and our new testnet has been live for about 2 weeks; it would be great to get this merged soon if possible!
If anything is missing or needs fixing, please let me know and I'm happy to fix it ASAP!
