Could you please provide the necessary dockerfile, so that we can use the library in any linux distribution?

Seconded. I've tried building owlcpp from source, but the build script has hardcoded library dependencies (e.g. RAPtor and FaCT++) of some versions I can't find online anywhere. It seems owlcpp doesn't support the latest releases of RAPtor and FaCT++.
