Summary
Adds Satoshi API, the Bitcoin fee API at bitcoinsapi.com, as an optional BTC fee preset in the fetch settings.
The existing defaults stay unchanged. This just gives users another no-auth endpoint that returns the same mempool-style fee bucket keys the widget already supports.
