Multiblock Plants appear to be Broken on 1.20.1

Describe the Bug

Exactly as the title says. When scanning plants with more than a 1 block circumference (The large pumpkin from autumnity being the example here), They only appear in 1 block slices.

Reproduction Steps

1. Scan a multiblock plant
2. profit

Expected Result

It will show the entire plant in the field guide

Can you try running /fieldguide reload if you're updating from an older version? 1.2.0 should've fixed this, I can take another look if this is still an issue though

I tried it on a completely new instance and it ended in the same result

The actual issue is that the custom composite render data for the pumpkin isn't being read for some reason.

I'll just provide a little bit of context for what is going on here, in case anyone is curious: Multi block plants are for the most part supported out of the box if they consist of an upper and lower half - However, we cannot automatically check for plants that contain more blocks in arbitrary shapes - they need some amount of manual setup.

In this particular case I already went and added some render information specifically for the Autumnity Large Pumpkin - You'll see it if you look in autumnity_composites.json:
