Suggestion: Fabric Seasons and (or) Serene Seasons compatibility

Describe the Addition

Would be great if it was possible to filter swaps based on the season of those mods. My personal reason would be to swap ice for water when it warms up, would probably be faster and be better on performance to just melt all together, but there would be a lot of potential to play with this, like swapping flowers for dead bushes in the winter and what not.

I hope this is something doable and not very hard, it would be really interesting! Thanks for the mod and your time.

Immersive Snow can do this, but I still think this'd be a fun feature, I'll look into adding this in a future update

I saw that mod when searching but the description really made me think it was some kind of thematical mod or something lol, glad to know about it now! Thanks for the help
