Updates dependencies in ClientApp

Updates various dependencies in the ClientApp, including @lucide/svelte, bits-ui, shiki, svelte-time, tailwindcss, @iconify-json/lucide, @storybook/*, @sveltejs/kit, @tailwindcss/vite, @types/node, swagger-typescript-api, vite, and vitest.

The Storybook dependencies have been upgraded to version 10.0.0.
