Hi, I'd like to contribute to this track on exercism, and I'd also like to suggest a name change from gnuCOBOL to just COBOL.
Reason for the name change is that gnuCOBOL is not a language, it's a compiler that can understand various dialects of COBOL. It would be like having separate tracks for GCC and Clang for the C language or separate tracks for each browser for Javascript.
I have some experience with COBOL and have access to the latest 202x draft standard.
