In order to make examples convincing we will need to be able to plot a histogram of data-points.
Structurally this is similar to a bar-chart, but where the “categorical” axis labels represent bins that coarsen the data into chunks of (not necessarily equal) widths. We also want to plot the inter-percentile range over the top of this histogram
