bug(readme): Fedora install documentation out of date

@cafkafk hm, now it's kind of relevant in terms that the installation doc is now misleading for Fedora 42, as the eza is not the part of the official repositrory for released F42.

Ideally, we should mention that fedora 42 lacks a maintainer (hopefully that will help recruit one), or down the line, remove the fedora section entirely.
