Ability to turn off fixed aspect ratio

Fixed aspect ratio makes it hard to adjust multiple windows on WINDOWS OS. Resizing windows, keeps same aspect ratio, which leadas to either empty background space, or windows overalapping each other or going outside of screen bounds
