SHOTGUN COMMUNITY LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License governs the use of the accompanying software known as "Shotgun" (the "Software"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

  1. DEFINITIONS

    "Licensor" refers to Curly's Technology Tmi.

    "Licensee" refers to the individual or entity using the Software.

    "Revenue Limit" refers to a gross annual revenue (or equivalent funding) of less than $1,000,000 USD (One Million US Dollars) per year.

  2. GRANT OF LICENSE

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, non-transferable license to use, modify, and copy the Software, provided that:

    (a) The Licensee meets the condition of being under the Revenue Limit at all times during the use of the Software.

    (b) The Licensee does not use the Software to create, distribute, or host a product or service that is substantially similar to the Software and is offered to third parties in competition with the Licensor ("Competitive Product").

  3. COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUIREMENT

    If the Licensee is an entity or individual with an annual gross revenue (or funding) exceeding the Revenue Limit ($1,000,000 USD), this Community License does not apply. Such entities must purchase a Commercial License from the Licensor to use the Software.

  4. RESTRICTIONS

    • You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or license information stored in the Software.

    • You may not use the Software in a manner that violates any applicable laws.

  5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

    THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

  6. GOVERNING LAW

    This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
