Prepare for Launch

I'm imagining we launch and show it on Hacker News. What features (3, let's say) would we want to stand out and make us special?

Somethings I'm thinking of:

1. No Typing Sign Up (If the user wanted to, we would create a username/password combo and they wouldn't have to type a thing. Frictionless signup, basically).
2. Personality in the app. Have it feel like the app is your friend, with nice, friendly, easy copy.
3. One of the new groups by default is with the us, the developers (or something like that, for super quick, awesome feedback!)

Other thoughts?

I'm not sure about 1. If you want frictionless signup, what if we just allow anonymous usage? Not that the app would be super functional from a user usage standpoint, but I'm just not sure that anyone would care to have an app create a username+password combo.

2 seems ok, needs to be fleshed out more though.

I like 3. Seems like a pretty neat idea, although then we'll be getting hundreds of messages at the same time :/ not sure I want my phone exploding like that.

I think a good thing to show off would be the fact that we have 3 fully functional clients (web, android, iOS)
