Hubic not starting on boot

Hello,

Thank you this is exactly what I am looking for!

I installed latest hubic version and hubic-init-script tonight on an up to date ubuntu 16.04 server install.

I modified the variables as described.

When I reboot the script does not start.

When I do the debugging, i don't get any error message.

I checked the init.d folder, the script is there and looks complete (although i am in no way qualified to actually read a script otherwise i wouldn't be here ^^')

Is there anything I am missing?

@beankylla, from boot starting you can use that:

1. In ~/.bashrc add export dbus line:
   export DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS=$(dbus-daemon --session --fork --print-address)
2. in /etc/init.d/hubic.sh:

### BEGIN INIT INFO
# Provides:          hubic
# Required-Start:    dbus networking
# Required-Stop:     dbus networking
# Default-Start:     2 3 4 5
# Default-Stop:      0 1 6
# Short-Description: starts the hubiC synchronization client
# Description:       starts the hubiC synchronization client
### END INIT INFO

sync_dir="..." # your sync dir
hubic_login="..." # your email

hubic login --password_path=/etc/hubic/passwd $hubic_login $sync_dir

$ echo "password" > /etc/hubic/passwd
$ chmod +x hubic.sh
$ update-rc.d hubic.sh defaults

Then:
$ reboot
$ hubic status

Seems like the wrapper script needs executable bits set?
