root windows don't follow dark theme

Describe the bug
In Linux Mint I could manage to get all windows following my dark custom theme by copying the theme folder into /root/.themes.
Unfortunately this doesn't work on Feren OS so far.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clicking on a *.deb file opens gdebi and the window follows my dark theme.

2. After clicking on "install" button, a new window seems to appear with white or light bg color.

3. In Nemo open any directory as admin (rightclick menu) Nemo root appears in light theme.

4. Adding my choosed dark theme - Inspire - to /root/.themes doesn't change it.

1.Same with Synaptic: Login window is dark.
2.Opened synaptic instance is in light theme.

Expected behavior
As I prefer global dark theme setting, it is irritating to have it not global.

Additional context
As I'm new to KDE I might have overlooked how to get it as I want with existing setting options. In this case it isn't of course a bug.

Intended.

1. You shouldn't be using apps as Superuser directly
2. Your colour scheme is in your home folder, a config of your GTK - therefore, it doesn't apply to other users including Superuser itself. Linux Mint pre-bakes its colour palettes in contrast, whereas here they're tacked onto the theme at runtime.

I don't. Instead I mentioned synaptic, gdebi and Nemo root. The latter only opens when rightclick "open as administrator" is needed.

Ok, I have no clou about these details.
However, as you have built a very brilliant beautifully designed distro, you might consider to create a solution for bg color of the mentioned apps.
When almost all apps and windows are in dark mode, it is a drastic contrast to suddenly have white windows among the dark ones.

The user cannot share their colour scheme with Superuser because they don't have read/write permissions to Superuser's configs to do that.

Superuser-spawned applications - Synaptic, Gdebi, and Administrator Nemo - are a deprecated feature anyway so may become impossible in future releases due to an eventual Wayland switch.
Gdebi will be replaced by then with a newly rewritten Store, and Nemo will just take you to admin: locations instead when the switch is made, but Synaptic may need to be updated by its developers unless it does still work in Wayland.

In the meantime, I have taken a look at KDE neon, with Plasma 6.x and Wayland. There, apps with superuser privileges are also dark by default.
However, in Nemo, for example, there is a clear indication that you are in root mode.
In previous Mint distros, after applying your own theme, there is a thick red bar above the panes.
In order to avoid irritating the eyes with sudden changes, I believe that a selected theme should be globally applicable.
