Inspire Old and Inspire Old BLUE need porting to KDE Plasma 6, and releasing to KDE Store #52

Describe the bug
Inspire Old and Inspire Old BLUE were available in the repositories of previous Feren OS versions, before 2025.03, but are no longer. Therefore, they need to be updated for KDE Plasma 6 and then uploaded to KDE Store to ensure users can still enjoy the icon sets for years to come.
