There needs to be a transition to the new widgets #53

Describe the bug
It is likely that with 10th Anniversary Release there will be new widgets, so we'll need to add some panel scripts on login to switch the widgets around. Namely:
- The Status Notch's entire widget arrangement will need removing and switching to the presumably Status Notch widget if the widgets are that of the Status Notch's old set
- The new profile options button will need adding to the end of every panel with the system/applications menu that IS NOT at minimum size (to avoid modifying docks, such as Mac 'n' Cheese's dock)
- Applets as a whole, that Feren OS supplied, will NEED to be switched to Plasma 6 compatible ones
