Repos need to be switched to .sources

Describe the bug
Feren OS's and Ubuntu's sources.list NEED to be migrated to .sources files as APT Key is deprecated AND REMOVED ENTIRELY after Ubuntu 24.04.

Additional context
automirror in 24.04 is already adapted to this change.

Unfortunately, the remaining sources need to be done by downstream as Feren OS trying to do it for them will just result in source list duplication.
